An operating problem rarely arrives with a complete explanation. Leaders have to weigh competing accounts, understand the consequences, and decide where to act. I bring firsthand operating experience and an independent perspective to those decisions.

I assess leadership, culture, process, and execution together. I listen to the people doing the work, examine the evidence, and test the assumptions shaping the response. From there, I work with leaders to establish priorities, assign ownership, and follow through.

I establish the facts before settling on an explanation. I compare what leaders intend, what has been communicated, and what happens in practice. Those differences help reveal what deserves attention and which assumptions need to be challenged.

I bring leaders and teams together around the problem, the choices, and the responsibilities that follow. This requires candid conversations, clear expectations, and respect for the people accountable for delivery. Agreement has to translate into ownership.

I turn recommendations into practical action with clear responsibilities and a way to assess progress. I establish the reporting and management routines leaders need to see whether the response is working and adjust when conditions change.

For twenty-five years, I have worked in aviation and aerospace, progressing from aircraft maintenance and frontline leadership to organizational assessment and senior executive advisory.

Most recently, my portfolio within a global aerospace business covered approximately 6,500 employees across programs and functions at more than 60 locations worldwide. My responsibility was to assess the organizational conditions affecting performance and advise leaders on their implications.

I advised presidents and vice presidents, working across functions and organizational levels to establish the facts, challenge assumptions, and align action. This experience strengthened my ability to exercise judgment where information is incomplete and decisions carry consequences.

Today, I bring that experience to Mainspar Group, an independent organizational performance and executive advisory practice.
